Repair Warranty: Repairs are covered by a warranty of 14 days for issues directly related to the repair performed. Warranty does not cover further accidental damage or unauthorised repairs by other parties.

Device Data: We recommend that you backup your device data before sending it to us for repair. We are not responsible for data loss that may occur during repairs.

Buying & Selling Devices

Device Condition: Devices for sale will be categorised according to their condition (new, used, refurbished). We inspect each device to ensure quality standards.

Selling Your Device: If you choose to sell a device to us, we may require proof of ownership and reserve the right to refuse any device that does not meet our standards.

Device Returns: Devices may be returned within 14 days if they meet our return conditions. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Only products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for returns. Customised or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Return instructions and conditions will be provided.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3 days  after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
